Two weeks time is granted to the learned Counsel for the appellants to take fresh steps for effecting service on Respondent Nos. 2,6,11,13 and 15. Notice thereafter, be issued.

Mr. Puneeth, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Sunil Fernandes, Advocate-on-record seeks time to file the vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 18. Four weeks time is granted to file the same.

Opportunity for filing counter affidavit to Respondent No. 10, 17 and 19 is declined.

None appears for the remaining respondents though they have been duly served.
