''Respondent Nos.1, 5, 10 and 19 have failed to file counter affidavit, despite warning of last opportunity. The Ld. Counsel for respondent No.5 has assured to file the same during the course of the day. Be received, if so filed. However, opportunity of the remaining three of the said respondents is hereby declined to file counter affidavit. Service with respect to respondent Nos.4 and 8 is complete but none has entered appearance. The Ld. Advocate, Ms. Pinky Behera, appearing on behalf of Mr. Sunil Farnandese has appeared and mentioned that vakalatnama has already been filed on behalf of respondent No.17. Registry to verify the same. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks. Service of respondent Nos.2, 3, 6, 11, 13, 15 and 18 is still awaited.

List again on 21.7.2015.''

It is submitted that Counsel for the respondent no. 5 has filed counter affidavit but the same is defective as the copy is not served to other respondents. Unserved cover has been received back in respect of respondent no. 3 with remarks "Not accepted". Mr. Sunil Fernandes, Advocate has on 10.04.15 filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no. 17 but has not filed counter affidavit. Duly signed A.D. cards are awaited in respect of respondent no. 2, 6, 11, 13, 15 and 18.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
