Subsequently, the matter above-mentioned was listed before the Registrar's Court on 31st July, 2015, when he was pleased to pass the following Order :-

"Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no.1 is already on record. Despite service, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 to 4. Matter is in complete category. List the matter before the Hon'ble Court as per Rules."

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that there are four Respondents in the matter. Mr. Guntur Prabhakar, Advocate has filed Vakalatanama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 and also filed counter-affidavit on behalf of said Respondent. A.D. Card has been received from the Respondent No. 2 but none has entered appearance on behalf of the said Respondent.

It is further submitted that counsel for the Petitioner has filed affidavit of service alongwith proof of service on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

Service is complete.
