"Learned counsel for the petitioner to take steps for completion of service of the unserved respondents within two weeks.

Dasti service is also permitted.

Such of the respondents who have been served but have not filed their counter affidavits shall file their counter affidavits within six weeks.

Rejoinder affidavit be filed within four weeks thereafter."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed spare copies of SLP. Accordingly, fresh Show Cause Notice was issued on 21.01.2016 to the unserved respondent Nos. 4, 9, 11, 12 and 13 by registered AD post as well as by dasti. The counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit of dasti service after effecting service on all the unserved respondents but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Service is Complete.

It is further submitted that served respondent Nos. 2 and 10 has not filed counter affidavit so far.

SLP(C) NO. 16316/2015

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed spare copies of SLP. Accordingly, fresh Show Cause Notice was issued on 21.01.2016 to the unserved respondent Nos. 1, 4 and 11 by registered AD post as well by dasti. The counsel for the petitioner has not filed the affidavit of dasti service so far.

Service is incomplete on respondent Nos. 1, 4 and 11.

It is further submitted that served respondent No. 3 has not filed counter affidavit.

SLP(C) NO. 16510/2015

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed spare copies of SLP. Accordingly, fresh Show Cause Notice was issued on 21.01.2016 to the unserved respondent Nos. 4 and 1113 by registered AD post as well by dasti. The counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit of dasti service after effecting service on all the unserved respondents but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Service is complete.

It is further submitted that served respondent No. 3 has not filed counter affidavit.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed spare copies of SLP. Accordingly, fresh Show Cause Notice was issued on 21.01.2016 to the unserved respondent Nos. 2, 11 and 13 by registered AD post as well by dasti. It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed spare copies of SLP. The counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit of dasti service after effecting service on all the unserved respondents but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

It is further submitted that served respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 58 have not filed counter affidavit.

SLP(C) NO. 20882/2015

It is submitted that fresh Show Cause Notice was issued on 21.01.2016 to the unserved respondent Nos. 5 to 11 by registered AD post as well as by dasti. Mr. Milind Kumar, Advocate has on 09.04.2016 filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 6 to 9 but has not filed counter affidavit. The counsel for the petitioner has filed the affidavit of dasti service after effecting service on respondent Nos. 5 and 10 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Service is not complete on respondent No. 11.

It is lastly submitted that rejoinder affidavit has not been filed in any of the matters.
