The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 06.07.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Copy of the Record of Proceeding dated 06.07.2015 is enclosed"

Accordingly showcause notice was issued to all the eight respondents on 10.07.2015 through Registered AD Post and respondent No. 3 through advocate as Mr. Santosh Mishra, Advocate caveator in this matter for respondent No. 3. But no counteraffidavit has been filed, so far.

It is submitted that Mr. Mohit D. Ram, Advocate has on 13.07.2015 filed vakalatnama on behalf of Election Commission of India i.e. respondent No. 4 and 5. But no counteraffidavit has been filed, so far.

AD card duly signed has been received back from respondent Nos.6 to 8. but no one has entered appearance, so far. Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from Respondent No. 1 and 2, so far. Service of respondent No. 1 and 2 is still awaited.

It is further submitted that Mr. Shantanu Sagar, Advocate

has on 18.08.2015 filed application for impleadment party as respondent with vakalatnama which is registered as I.A No.3.Copy of the same is placed with SLP paperbooks.

The Application for impleadment is listed before Hon'ble Judgeinchamber with this Office Report.
