UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. This Special Leave Petition is filed with inordinate delay of 1274 days. Although, Ms. Aishwarya Bhati, learned ASG attributes part of the delay to the pending rectification application, the same is not a sufficient explanation for the inordinate delay of 1274 days.
2. In the circumstances, the delay condonation application is dismissed. In consequence, the Special Leave Petition is also dismissed. However, the question of law, if any, is left open.
