UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
No. $38574/2012$
Mr. Sumit Batra, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of the respondent No. 1. He seeks and is given four weeks time to file

the vakalatnama and the counter affidavit. The learned counsel has stated that the copy of the Office report has not been served on him. Office shall provide to him the copy of the Office report within a weeks time.
Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the respondent No.6.
The served respondents shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks whereafter no further extension shall be given.
The learned counsel for the petitioner shall comply with the terms of the order dated 26.3.2014 of the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber within a period of three weeks whereafter no further extension shall be provided.

The learned counsel for the respondent No.4 seeks and is given four weeks time as last chance to cure the defects found in the counter affidavit.
