UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following $0 R D E R$

We have heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 confirms that closure Perforce port has been filed.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on a protest petition filed by him, the trial Court has directed further

investigation in terms of the order dated 27.07.2019.

We are of the view that all those aspects require to be considered by the trial Court as the only question before us is whether an anticipatory bail ought to have been granted to respondent Nos.2 and 3 by the High Court.

It is not in dispute that respondent Nos.2 and 3 as accused have joined the investigation. Whatever data was required has been submitted.

If any further material is required by the prosecution, respondent Nos.2 and 3 would be bound to supply the same and join further investigation as and when called for.

The aforesaid would sub-serve the purpose. Therefore, no further orders are called for in this petition. The Special Leave Petition is disposed of. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
