It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that there is sole respondent in SLP (C) Nos.
16577 and 16584 of 2016 and five respondents in SLP (C) No. 16585 of 2016. The sole respondent in SLP (C) No. 16577 and 16584 and respondent No. 1 in SLP (C) No. 16585 of 2016 who is common in all the three SLPs has expired. Counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for substitution of LRs of deceased respondent. There is a delay of 291 days in filing the application for substitution for bringing the LRs of deceased respondent for which counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing the application for substitution but has not prayed for setting aside abatement. The same are registered as I. A. Nos. 37 39 and 4042 respectively and are being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.
SLP (C) NO. 16590 OF 2016
It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that there are three respondents in the instant matter. Counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit alongwith proof of dasti service stating therein that all the respondents have been served but as per proof of dasti service, only respondent No. 1 has been served with the notice. Mr. Gaurav Agrawal, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1 but he has not filed counteraffidavit so far.
It is further submitted that counsel for the respondent No. 1 has also filed an application for deletion of the names of respondent Nos. 2 and 3 which is registered as I. A. No. 34 and the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.
Service of notice is not complete on respondent Nos. 2 and 3 for which counsel has filed application for deletion of respondent Nos. 2 and 3.
