The matters above mentioned were listed lastly alongwith connected matters before the Hon'ble Court on 29.03.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

" The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks two more weeks' time to file a chart as directed by this Court on 14.10.2015.

The time, as prayed for, is granted.

The chart shall clearly indicate as to the date of taking possession and the mode of taking possession of each item of the property, if at all they have taken possession.

It shall also be indicated in the chart the mode of payment or deposit of compensation of each item.

A copy of the chart shall be furnished to the respondent on or before 10.04.2016.

In case the chart is not filed on or before 10.04.2016, it shall be presumsed that they have not taken physical possession of the property and the officers responsible for not filing the chart shall be personally made liable for the consequences.

Post on 12.04.2016 on top of the list.

In the batch, the cases shall be serially numbered while listing.

Delay condoned and issue notice in all the fresh matters returnable on 12.04.2016.

List all the matters on 12.04.2016."

It is submitted that M/s. Narain & Co. Advocates for Respondent Nos. 4 to 5 in SLP (C) No. 30577 of 2015 has not filed counter affidavit so far. Mr. Ankur Mittal, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No. 6 in SLP (C) No. 30578 of 2015 and Vakalatnama is executed by Satinder Singh. But the same is not found the Cause Title of SLP as there is sole respondent in SLP (C) No. 30578 of 2015.

It is further submitted that M/s. S. Narain and Co., Advocate has on 31.03.2016 filed an application for substitution with an application for exemption from filing official translation in respect of deceased Respondent No. 2 viz Raj Kalan in SLP (C) No. 30577 of 2015. The counsel has also filed Vakalatnama on behalf of legal heirs of deceased Respondent No. 2. But the applications abovementioned are defective for certain reasons. A letter was issued to the counsel in the regard. But counsel has not cured he defects so far. However, the applications abovementioned are being circulated with this office report.

It is further submitted that neither AD Cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back from Respondent Nos. 13 in SLP (C) No. 30577 of 2015, sole respondent in SLP (C) Nos. 30578 and 30579 of 2015 and Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 in SLP (C) No. 30580 of 2015.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete.

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
