It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 25568/2016 @ CC No. 15660/2016 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29.08.2016 alongwith connected matter, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of order dated 29.08.2016 is enclosed herewith.
