UPON hearing the petitioner-in-person the Court made the following

The petitioner-in-person wants to pursue her case by herself. Having regard to the nature of the claim made against the Railway Department, we feel it necessary to examine her grievance. Since, the petitioner is in person, we require assistance from a learned counsel of this Court. Therefore, we have requested Mr. V.Giri, learned senior counsel, who is present in the Court, to assist this Court as an Amicus Curiae. He agreed to assist the Court. He is at liberty to take a counsel for his assistance. The Registry is directed to furnish him one set of paper-books in the course of a week.
