UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner brings to our notice the following order and he claims parity:-

"Mr. Radha Shaym Jena, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in certain cases, compensation awarded in view of reinstatement was in the range of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) and above and that the quantum fixed by the High Court is not quite adequate.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach the High Court seeking variation, if so advised.

The special leave petitions stand disposed of permitting the petitioner to move in review seeking the higher amount indicated namely in the range of Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees One Lakh Only) in place of the amount of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) which is awarded by the High Court.
