UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

SLP(C) No.4881/2023:-

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the affidavit indicating proof of service upon respondent No.10 stands filed. None has chosen to enter appearance.

The petition qua respondent No.10 stands proceeded exparte**.**

SLP(C) Nos. 6833-6837/2023:-

Subject to just exceptions, IA No.86203/2023 seeking deletion of proforma respondents stands allowed.

Amended Memo of Parties shall be filed within two weeks.

SLP(C) No. 22085/2023:-

Subject to cost of Rs. 5,000/- to be deposited with the Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister's Relief Fund, prayer for taking steps for service of unserved respondent Nos.9 to 15 is allowed.

Let fresh notices be issued to the unserved respondents No.9 to 15, as prayed for, within a period of two weeks, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed qua the said respondents.
