4. Tag along with Petition for Special Leave to Appeal(Civil) No.4881 of 2023.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to delete the names of the respondents as mentioned in prayer clause (a) of the application for deletion, on the ground that they are proforma respondents and no relief is directed against the said respondents.

6. At the risk and cost of the petitioners, the names of the respondents as mentioned in prayer clause (a) of the application for deletion are deleted from the array of the parties. I.A. allowed.

7. Cause title be amended accordingly.
