It is submitted for the information of the Court of Ld. Registrar that in pursuance of order quoted above, show cause notice was issued to all the 27 respondents through registered A.D. post. A.D. cards duly signed have been received back from Respondent Nos. 4, 13, 14, 15, 18 and 20 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. As per tracking report show cause notices have been delivered to Respondent Nos. 22. 23 and 25 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Mr. Lakshmi N. Kaimar, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 but has not filed the counteraffidavit so far. Mr. Renjith B., Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 9 and 16 but has not filed the counteraffidavit so far. Mr. Lakshmeesh S. Kamath, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 10 but has not filed counteraffidavit so far. As per tracking report show cause notices have not been delivered to Respondent Nos. 2, 3, 58, 11, 12, 17, 19, 21, 24, 26 and 27 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 2, 3, 58, 11, 12, 17, 19, 21, 24, 26 and 27.
