UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In view of the order passed in Writ Petition (Crl.) No. 162/2019 and in Writ Petition (Crl.)No. 336 of 2019 with regard to similarly situated co-accused, the petitioner also having completed nearly 31 years of custody be released on bail on terms and conditions to the satisfaction of the Sessions Court concerned.
