UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In view of the order passed in Writ Petition (Crl.) No. 162/2019 and in Writ Petition (Crl.)No. 336 of 2019 with regard to similarly situated co-accused, also that the petitioner is 85 years old having completed approximately 31 years of custody, we direct him to be released on bail on terms and conditions to the satisfaction of the Sessions Court concerned.
