UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, states that out of the sum of Rs. two crores, the petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs. one crore by 05th June, 2023.

The statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record.

Only by way of indulgence, we extend the time to pay the rest of the amount of Rs.one crore till 13.07.2023.

Needless to say that as and when said amounts are deposited with the Trial Court, the same shall be invested in a Nationalized Bank in the interest bearing fixed deposit.

List on 17.07.2023.
