UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

After having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, prima facie, we find that no case for interference under Article 136 of the Constitution of India is made out. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks time to take instructions from the petitioner whether the petitioner will be in a position to pay the entire amount due and payable to all the concerned persons as shown in the Chart annexed to the petition, with a reasonable rate of interest.
