Civil Appeal Nos. 7454 & 7455 OF 2013

The matters abovementioned were listed before the Registrar's Court on

25th November, 2014, when the following Order was passed:

"The office report is that the appellants and the respondents have failed to file the statement of case, although they were notified to do so by notice dated 26.03.14 of the Registry. Order XIX Rule 32 of the Supreme Court Rules,2013 provides that if the appellant does not file a statement of case within the time, as provided for in sub rule (1), it shall be presumed that the appellant has adopted the list of dates/synopsis containing chronology of events as filed at the time of presentation of petition for seeking special leave to appeal(SLP)/appeal, as statement of case,and does not desire to file any further statement of case. The order further provides that if the respondent has entered appearance and does not file a statement of case within the time, as provided in Sub Rule(1) (i.e. 35 days) it shall be presumed that he does not desire to lodge the same.

In view of the rule position cited above no further opportunity for filing the statement of case is warranted to be given to the parties. Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court under the rules."

It is submitted that Service is complete and matters are updated as ready matters.

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 7456 OF 2013

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Registrar's Court

on 09th February, 2015, when the following Order was passed:

"The office report indicates that the Ld.counsel for the appellants and the Ld.counsel for the respondent No.4 have already filed the statement of case. The office report further is that the Ld.counsel for the respondent Nos.13 has failed to file the statement of case although he has been notified to do so by notice dated 19.05.2014 of this Registry. Order XIX Rule 32 of the Supreme Court Rules,2013 provides that if the respondent has entered appearance and does not file a statement of case within the time, as provided in Sub Rule(1) (i.e. 35 days) it shall be presumed that he does not desire to lodge the same.

In view of the rule position cited above, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court under the rules."

It is submitted that service is complete and matter is updated as ready matter.

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 7313 OF 2014

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25.07.2014 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay condoned. Leave granted. Connect with Civil Appeal No. 7454 of 2013."

It is submitted that there are three respondents. Notice dated 24.09.2014 were issued to all the three respondents through High Court. As per certificated of service, Notice has been served on all the three respondents on 22.01.2015, 21.11.2014 and 29.11.2014 respectively but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of any of the above said respondents so far.

Counsel for the appellant has not filed statement of case despite notice dated 21.09.2015. Time for filing the same has been expired.

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 7518 OF 2014

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25.07.2014 when the court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay condoned. Leave granted. Connect with Civil Appeal No. 7454 of 2013."

It is submitted that service of notice in the abovementioned matter is complete as sole respondent is represented through Mr. Ashwani Kumar, Advocate but he has not filed Counter Affidavit so far.

Counsel for the appellant and also counsel for the respondent have not filed statement of case despite notice dated 29.09.2015. Time for filing the same has been expired.

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 401, 403, 404, 405, 406, 407 AND 408 OF 2017

The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 06th January, 2017 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Delay condoned. Leave granted. Tag with Civil Appeal No.7454 of 2013."

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 401 OF 2017

It is submitted that Notice of Lodgement of Petition of Appeal on 27.01.2017 isssued to all the three respondents through Mr. Ashwani Kumar, Advocate. Counsel for appellant has not filed Affidavit of Valuation so far. Both the parties have not filed statement of case so far. Time for filing the same has not yet expired.

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 403 OF 2017

It is submitted that Notice of Lodgement of Petition of Appeal on 27.01.2017 isssued to the sole respondent through Mr. Ashwani Kumar, Advocate. Counsel for appellant has not filed Affidavit of Valuation so far. Both the parties have not filed statement of case so far. Time for filing the same has not yet expired.

Service is complete.

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 404 OF 2017

It is submitted that Notice of Lodgement of Petition of Appeal on 27.01.2017 was isssued to the sole respondent through Mr. Ashwani Kumar, Advocate. Counsel for appellant has not filed Affidavit of Valuation so far. Both the parties have not filed statement of case so far. Time for filing the same has not yet expired.

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 6904 OF 2015

The appeal abovementioned was listed before the Registrar's Court on 30th

August, 2016 when the following Order was passed:

"Service is complete. Ld.counsel for the parties have not filed the statement of case. However, statement of case is not mandatory as per amended Supreme Court Rules,2013. Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules."

It is submitted that service is complete on sole respondent and the matter is updated as ready.

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 6901 OF 2015

The appeal abovementioned was listed before the Registrar's Court

on 13th May, 2016 when the following Order was passed:

"The office report is that the Ld.counsel for the appellant has failed to file the statement of case within the statutory period. Service of notice is complete on the respondent, but no one has entered appearance on his behalf. Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court on its own turn."

It is submitted that service is complete on sole respondent and the matter is

updated as ready.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this

office report.
