Accordingly, Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeal was issued to sole respondent through Mr. Ashwani Kumar, Advocate, who has already filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of the sole respondent. Counter affidavit has already been filed in this matter.

It is submitted that counsel for both the parties have not filed statement of case despite this Registry's notice dated 4 th January, 2016. Time to file statement of case has already been expired. The appeal is ready for hearing.
