The matters abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19th August, 2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice on the application for condonation of delay and so also special leave petition, returnable in ten weeks.

Dasti, in addition to the ordinary process, is permitted."

Accordingly, show cause notice returnable on 3 rd November, 2014 was issued to sole respondent through Registered A.D. Post on 12th September, 2014. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing unserved cover containing the said notice has been received back from the said respondent so far.

It is submitted that show cause notice was also given to the counsel for the petitioner for effecting dasti service on sole respondent. But he has not filed an affidavit of Dasti Service of notice alongwith proof of service so far.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report. Dated this the 30st day of October , 2014.
