The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 4 th August, 2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice on the application for condonation of delay and so also special leave petition, returnable in ten weeks. Dasti, in addition to the ordinary process, is permitted."

Accordingly, show cause notice returnable on 27th October, 2014 was issued to sole respondent through registered A.D. Post on 10th September, 2014. Mr. Ashwani Kumar, Advocate has on 8 th October, 2014 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of the sole respondent but has not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is submitted that shw cause notice was also given to the counsel for the petitioners for effecting Dasti Service on sole Respondents but he has not filed an Affidavit of Dasti Service of notice along with proof of service so far.

The office report was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court.
