It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) Nos. 1800718021 of 2014 Entitled Balbir Singh @ Balbir And Ors & Etc. Etc. Versus State Of Haryana & Ors Etc Etc arising out of common order was directed by Hon'ble Court on 15.09.2014. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 15.09.2014 is annexed as Annexure P3 at page no. 105 in the Paper Books).
