UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

• 1 Since the vires of the provisions of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act 2017 Act is in question, issue notice.
• 2 Tag with SLP(C) No 19366-19369 of 2023 (Directorate General of Goods and Services Tax Intelligence v Gameskraft Technologies Private Limited)
• 3 However, it is clarified that this order shall not be treated as any stay on the order of the Joint Commissioner, Central Goods and Service Tax, dated 23 April 2024. The petitioner would be at liberty to pursue its remedies in accordance with law in respect of the order of the Joint Commissioner.
