The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the final Judgment and order dated 19.12.2013 passed by the High Court of Karnataka at Bangalore in Writ Petition No. 22127 of 2013.

It is submitted that there is a delay of 38 days in filing the petition for Special Leave Petition and refiling the Special Leave Petition. Counsel has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition No. 11217-11240 of 2014 @ common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and the same is still pending before the Hon'ble Court (copy of order dated 30.06.2014 enclosed).
