The matters above mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 13th

January, 2017 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Respondent No.4 in SLP(C) No. 15715/2016 served by dasti but no one has entered appearance on his behalf.

The office report indicates that Respondent No.3 in SLP(C) No. 15714/2016 has refused to accept the dasti notice. This refusal on his part constitutes not proper service. Hence, fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the said respondent shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of four weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the Trial Court the particulars of which shall be furnished by the learned counsel for the petitioners within the period prescribed above.

List again on 21.2.2017."

Accordingly notice to Respondent No. 3 in SLP(C) No. 15714 of 2016 and 15715 of 2016 was issued through speed post on 3rd February, 2017; dasti on 30th January, 2017 as well as through trial court on 4th February, 2017.

It is submitted that as per track report downloaded from postal site notice is yet to be delivered upon Respondent No. 3 both his addresses and service report is still be received from Trial Court.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished affidavit alongwith proof of dasti service on unserved Respondent No. 3 in SLP(C) No. 15714 of 2016 and Respondent Nos. 3 & 4 in SLP(C) No. 15715 of 2016.

It is also submitted that service of notice is complete in Respondent Nos. 4, 5, 6,

7 in SLP(C) No. 15715 of 2016 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

Service of notice is not complete on Respondent No. 3 in SLP(C) No. 15714 and 15715 of 2016

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this Office Report.
