Service is complete qua sole respondent but no one has entered appearance on his behalf, though, on the last occasion, Mr.Anoop Kandari,Advocate on behalf of Mr.Nishant R.Katneshwarkar,AOR sought time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit. Today, again the same counsel seeks time to file vakalatnama. Four weeks' time, as a last chance is given to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit. Matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules after expiry of four weeks.
