It is submitted that Mr. Balram D. Das, Advocate on behalf of respondent No.1 has filed proof of service of counteraffidavit.

It is further submitted that Mr. Santosh Mishra, advocate on behalf of respondent No.3 has filed counteraffidavit.

It is further submitted that Mr. Mohit D. Ram, advocate for respondent No. 45 has not filed counteraffidavit in SLP (C) No. 17113 of 2015, so far

It is again submitted that Counsel for the petitioner in both the matters has filed spare copy of SLP for issuance of notice in respect of unserved respondent No. 2 and 1 (common) in SLP (C) 17113 and 17123 of 2015 respectively. Accordingly due course notice was issued on 12.12.2015. Service is still awaited.

It is lastly submitted that no counteraffidavit has been filed in the Connected SLP (C) No. 17123/15 on behalf of respondent No. 8, so far.

It is submitted that service in respect of respondent No. 2 and 1 (common) in SLP (C) 17113 and 17123 of 2015 respectively is still awaited

The matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this Office report.
