It is submitted that Mr. Balram D. Das, Advocate has filed counteraffidavit on behalf of respondent No.1 but the copy of the same is not served on other side. The counsel has not done the needful vide this registry letter dated 16.11.2015.

It is further submitted that neither AD card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from respondent No.2. M/s Santosh Mishra, caveator for respondent No. 3 and Mohit D. Ram, Advocate for respondent Nos. 4 & 5 have not filed counteraffidavit, so far.

It is again submitted that Mr. Samir Ali Khan, Advocate has filed counteraffidavit on behalf of respondent No. 6 and 7. Copy of the same is included in paperbook.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Samir Ali Khan, advocate has filed vakalatnama in connected SLP (C) No. 17123/2015 on behalf of respondent No.8 (State Govt. party) which is common.

Service of notice is complete on all the respondents except respondent No. 2.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this Office report.
