weeks' time to file the counter affidavit. Registry to take the same on record, if so filed, else opportunity for him and for respondent Nos.4 and 5 stands declined.

Respondent No.2 is yet to be served. The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service.
