The Writ Petition above mentioned has been filed on 08.02.2016 by Mr. Rajiv Daiya, Petitioner-in-person praying therein to:-

"(a) to direct the respondent Union Law Minister to abide by the oath taken by him and further to maintain and sustain the oath taken by the President of India, etc."

It is submitted that Shri. D. V. Sadanand Gowda, Erstwhile Union Law Minister has been made party in the instant matter.

It is next submitted that the application for permission to appear & argue in person in Writ Petition above-mentioned was placed before the Ld. Registrar and interaction with the Petitioner-in-person by the Ld. Registrar has been done on 12.07.2016. (Copy of the Report of the Ld. Registrar dated 12.07.2016 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

It is further submitted that Notice of Hearing for 16.08.2016 was issued to Mr. Rajiv Daiya, Petitioner-in-person through Registered A.D. as well as through E-mail on 18.07.2016. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice of hearing has been received back, so far.

The Writ Petition along with application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report for orders.
