The matters above mentioned alongwith connected matters were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.02.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

" Delay condoned. Issue notice returnable in four weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted. Service may also be effected through the Standing Counsel. In the meanwhile, the parties to maintain status quo, as of today. Applications for deletion of proforma respondents are allowed, at the risk of the petitioner(s). If no application for deletion of proforma respondents is moved, the proforma respondents may be served dasti/by publication. Amended cause title be filed within

three days."

Accordingly Show Cause Notice were issued to all the respondents in all the above mentioned matters and Cause title has also been amended.

It is submitted that the matters above mentioned alongwith other connected matters were lastly listed before Ld. Registrar's Court on 23.09.2016, when the following Order was passed in the above mentioned matters:

"SLP(C) Nos.495, 1162,1179, 44344435 & 6198/2016

Ld.counsel for the petitioner has failed to file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice issued to the unserved respondents, despite opportunities given. Therefore, these matters shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders and list thereafter."

SLP (C) No. 495/2016

It is submitted that show cause notice to respondent nos. 1222 was issued on 12.04.2016. Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Adv has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos 12 and 13. The counsel has also filed counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent No.13 without serving the same to other side and hence it is defective but the counsel has not cured the defect so far. Mr. Ajay Marwah, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 41 and the same is included in the SLP Paper Books. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back in respect of rest of the respondents. Affidavit of dasti service has not been filed by Advocate for the petitioner so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on all the other Respondents except Respondent Nos. 12, 13 and 41.

SLP (C) No. 1162/2016

It is submitted that show cause notice to respondent nos. 1223 was issued on 18.04.2016. Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 12 and 13 and Mr. Ajay Marwah, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 42 and the same is included in the SLP Paper Books. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back in respect of rest of the respondents. Affidavit of dasti service has not been filed by Advocate for the petitioner so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on all the other Respondents except Respondent Nos. 12, 13 and 42.

SLP (C) No. 1179/2016

It is submitted that show cause notice to respondent nos. 1221 was issued on 22.04.2016. Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 12 and 13 and Mr. Ajay Marwah, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 40 and the same is included in the SLP Paper Books. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back in respect of rest of the respondents. Affidavit of dasti service has not been filed by Advocate for the petitioner so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on all the other Respondents except Respondent Nos. 12, 13 and 40.

SLP (C) No. 443435/2016

It is submitted that show cause notice to all the respondent nos. 113 was issued on 24.02.2016. Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Adv has filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2. However he has not filed Counter Affidavit on their behalf so far. A.D. Card duly signed has been received back in respect of respondent no.4,6,8,10 and 12. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back in respect of respondent nos. 3,5,7,9,11 and 13. Affidavit of dasti service has not been filed by

Advocate for the petitioner so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 3,5,7,9,11 and 13.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court (InChambers) with this office report.
