The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 23.09.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass inter alia the following order :

" Ld.counsel for the petitioner has failed to file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice issued to the unserved respondents, despite opportunities given. Therefore, these matters shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders and list thereafter."

It is submitted that the matter above mentioned was laslty listed before the Hon'ble Court (In Chamber) on 27.03.2017, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

" None appears on behalf of either of the parties.

In the interest of justice, the matter is adjourned for four weeks finally."

It is further submitted that there are 230 respondents in this matter. Show cause notice was issued to Respondent Nos. 1 to 13. The name of proforma respondent Nos. 14230 are deleted from the array of parties vide Hon'ble Court's Order dated 14.03.2016. Mr. Sanjay Kr. Visen, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 (State).

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 22.04.2017 filed affidavit with proof of dasti service of notice in respect of Respondent Nos.3 to 13.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The office report for direction in the matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court (In Chamber).
