It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Ugra Shankar Prasad, Advocate on 15.03.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 27.11.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 5075/2010 along with the applications for deletion of names of proforma respondent nos. 14234 and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 19 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 34 days in refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 495/2016 Entitled SHREE KRISHNA STEELS AND ORS. vs MULAKH RAJ DHAMIJA AND ORS. arising out of same Judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.02.2016 when the Hon'ble Court was directed to issue of notice. The said SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 08.02.2016 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that Mr. S.S. Shroff, Adv has filed caveat on behalf of respondent no.1 and Ms. Usha Nandini V., Adv has filed caveat on behalf of respondent no. 147.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
