"SLP(C) No. 1856/2016

Ld. Counsel for the petitioners has stated that he has already filed the proof of dasti service in respect of all the respondents. Office shall verify the position and report accordingly.

SLP(C) Nos. 44404451, 44524463 and 4410 4421/2016

Mr. Siddharth Batra, Ld. Counsel for the petitioners has stated that he is unable to file the proof of dasti in respect of the unserved respondents hence, fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to all the unserved respondents shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of four weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the Trial Court the particulars of which shall be furnished by the learned counsel for the petitioner within the period prescribed above.

In rest of the matters four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the petitioners for filing the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to the unserved respondents.

It is submitted that show cause notice to respondent nos. 1222 was issued on 12.04.2016. Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Adv has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos 12 and 13 and Mr. Ajay Marwah, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no. 41. Counter Affidavit has been filed on their behalf Respondent No. 41. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back in respect of rest of the respondents. Affidavit of dasti service has not been filed by Advocate for the petitioner so far.

It is submitted that show cause notice to respondent nos. 171 was issued on 07.05.2016. Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Adv has filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 12. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back in respect of respondent nos. 3 to 71. Affidavit of dasti service has not been filed by Advocate for the petitioner so far.

It is submitted that show cause notice to all the respondent nos. 113 was issued on 24.02.2016. Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Adv has filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2. However he has not filed Counter Affidavit on their behalf so far. A.D. Card duly signed has been received back in respect of respondent no.8. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back in respect of respondent nos. 37 and 913. Affidavit of dasti service has not been filed by Advocate for the petitioner so far.

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to all the respondent nos. 113. The names of proforma respondent nos. 14 – 230 are deleted from the array of parties vide Hon'ble Court's order dated 14.03.2016. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back in respect of respondent nos. 113. Affidavit of dasti service has not been filed by Advocate for the petitioner so far.

SLP (C) No. 2067520676, 20689 & 2199596/2016

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25.07.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" Delay condoned. Application for deletion of proforma respondents is allowed, at the risk of the petitioner. Issue notice. Tag with SLP(C) No.495 of 2016."

Accordingly, show cause notice has been issued on 30.08.2016 to Respondent Nos. 13 through registered A.D. Post. As per tracking reports, items have been delivered Respondent No. 1 at New Sector Chandigarh, Respondent No. 2 at sector8 Panchkula, Respondent Nos. 311 & 13 at Rohtak HO and in respect of Respondent No. 12 at New Delhi GPO.

It is further submitted that neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back in respect of all the respondents.

SLP (C) No. 20689/2016

Accordingly, show cause notice has been issued to Respondent Nos. 113 through registered A.D. Post on 26.08.2016. As per tracking report, item have been delivered in respect of Respondent No. 1 at New Sect Chandigarh, Respondent No. 2 at sector8, Panchkula, Respondent Nos. 37, 911 & 13 at Rohtak HO, Respondent No. 8 and 12 at New Delhi GPO (Tracking report enclosed).

It is further submitted that neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back in respect of all the respondents.

SLP (C) No. 2199596/2016

Accordingly, show cause notice has been issued to Respondent Nos. 113 through registered A.D. Post on 22.08.2016. As per tracking report, item have been delivered in respect of Respondent No. 1 at New Sect Chandigarh, Respondent No. 2 at sector8, Panchkula, Respondent Nos. 310 & 13 at Rohtak HO, Respondent No. 11 at New Delhi GPO and in respect of Respondent No. 12, bag despatched to PH, Gurgaon (Tracking report enclosed).

It is further submitted that neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back in respect of all the respondents.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court.
