It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Jinendra Jain, Advocate on 09.06.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 27.03.2015 and 27.11.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 5075 of 2010 along with the applications for permission to file additional documents and application for deletion of respondent nos. 3 to 224 from the array of parties.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 325 days against order dated 27.03.2015 and 80 days against order dated 27.11.2015 in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 56 days in refiling the SLP in both the orders. There is a total delay of 381 days and 136 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) No. 495 of 2016 Entitled Shree Krishna Steels And Ors. Versus Mulakh Raj Dhamija And Ors. arising out of common Judgment was directed on 08.02.2016 by Hon'ble Court. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 08.02.2016 is enclosed herewith).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
