It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Ajit Sharma, Advocate on 29.02.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 27.03.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 5075 of 2010 and order dated 27.11.2015 in CWP No. 5075 of 2010 barred by time by 249 and 4 days respectively along with the applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP, exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order and deletion of proforma respondents.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) CC No.4487 of 2016 Entitled Rama Industries And Ors. Versus Mulakh Raj Dhamija And Ors. as both are arising out of same Judgment.

It is further submitted that Mr. Shardul S. Shroff and Ms. Usha Nandini V, Advocates have on 22.12.2015 and 23.01.2016 filed Caveat for Respondent No. 25 and Respondent No. 145 respectively.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
