It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Kamal Mohan Gupta, Advocate on 25.02.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 27.11.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 5075 of 2010 along with the applications for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order and deleting the names of proforma respondents from the array of parties.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) CC No.4487 of 2016 Entitled Rama Industries And Ors. Versus Mulakh Raj Dhamija And Ors. as both are arising out of same Judgment.

It is further submitted that Mr. Shardul S. Shroff and Ms. Usha Nandini V, Advocates have on 22.12.2015 and 23.01.2016 filed Caveat for Respondent No. 25 and Respondent No. 145 respectively.
