The matter above mentioned alongwith connected matters was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.02.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

" Delay condoned. Issue notice returnable in four weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted. Service may also be effected through the Standing Counsel. In the meanwhile, the parties to maintain status quo, as of today. Applications for deletion of proforma respondents are allowed, at the risk of the petitioner(s). If no application for deletion of proforma respondents is moved, the proforma respondents may be served dasti/by publication.

Accordingly show cause notice to respondent nos. 1222 was issued on 12.04.2016. Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Adv has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos 12 and 13 and Mr. Ajay Marwah, Adv has filed Vakalatnama on

behalf of respondent no.41. However, no Counter Affidavit has been filed on their behalf so far. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back in respect of rest of the respondents.

Accordingly show cause notice to respondent nos. 1223 was issued on 18.04.2016. Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 12 and 13 and Mr. Ajay Marwah, Adv has filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent no.42. However, no Counter Affidavit has been filed on their behalf so far. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back in respect of rest of the respondents.

Accordingly show cause notice to respondent nos. 1221 was issued on 22.04.2016. Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 12 and 13 and Mr. Ajay Marwah, Adv has filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent no.40. However, no Counter Affidavit has been filed on their behalf so far. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back in respect of rest of the respondents.

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court in Chambers on 18.04.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" According to the office report, learned counsel for the petitioners have not filed spare copies of the petition to enable issuance of notice in respect of the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is granted, by way of last chance, two weeks' time to file requisite number of copies for effecting service upon the respondents, subject to payment of Rs. 2,000/ by way of costs to the credit of Supreme Court Legal Services Committee.

In case of default, the Special Leave Petitions shall stand dismissed for nonprosecution without further reference to the Court."

It is submitted that Mr. Suhaas Ratna Joshi, Counsel for the petitioners has on 29.04.2016 filed proof of deposit of cost of Rs. 2,000/ in the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee vide Hon'ble Court (in Chambers) order dated 18.04.2016. However he has not filed the requisite number of copies for effecting service upon the respondents vide order dated 18.04.2016. Hence, office report for directions is to be listed before the Hon'ble Court (in Chambers).

Accordingly show cause notice to respondent nos. 113 was issued on 23.02.2016. The names of proforma respondent nos. 14234 have been deleted vide Hon'ble Court's order dated 08.02.2016 passed in I.A. No. 2.
