Ld.counsel for the petitioner has filed the proof of deposit of cost of Rs.2,000/- in the SCLSC, but he has not filed the requisite number of copies for service upon the respondents so far. Therefore, the matter shall again be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders and list thereafter.

In all other matters, the served respondents shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to unserved respondents.
