The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.02.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass inter alia the following order :

" Delay condoned. Issue notice returnable in four weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted. Service may also be effected through the Standing Counsel.

In the meanwhile, the parties to maintain status quo, as of today.

Applications for deletion of proforma respondents are allowed, at the risk of the petitioner(s). If no application for deletion of proforma respondents is moved, the proforma respondents may be served dasti/by publication.

Amended cause title be filed within three days."

It is submitted that there are 60 respondents in this matter. Mr. Ajit Sharma, Advocate for the petitioner has on 29.02.2016 filed 60 spare copies of SLP for issuance of notice which is barred by time by 21 days, but counsel for the petitioner has not filed application for condonation of delay in filing spare copies of SLP , hence show cause notice could not be issued.
