The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.02.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass inter alia the following order :

" Delay condoned. Issue notice returnable in four weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted. Service may also be effected through the Standing Counsel.

In the meanwhile, the parties to maintain status quo, as of today.

Applications for deletion of proforma respondents are allowed, at the risk of the petitioner(s). If no application for deletion of proforma respondents is moved, the proforma respondents may be served dasti/by publication.

Amended cause title be filed within three days."

It is submitted that in the instant matter there are 231 respondents. Mr. Navneet Chaudhary Advocate for the petitioner has on 12.02.2016 filed 13 spare copies of SLP instead of 231 spare copies for issuance of notice vice this Court order dated 08.02.2016.

It is further submitted that counsel was requested to file 218 spare copies more but he has not done the needful so far despite this Registry Letter dated 26.02.2016.

The office report for direction is listed before the Hon'ble Court (In Chamber).
