Issue notice returnable in four weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted. Service may also be effected through the Standing Counsel.

In the meanwhile, the parties to maintain status quo, as of today. Applications for deletion of proforma respondents are allowed, at the risk of the petitioner(s). If no application for deletion of proforma respondents is moved, the proforma respondents may be served

dasti/by publication.

Amended cause title be filed within three days."

It is submitted that in the instant matter there are 60 respondents. Mr. Ajit Sharma, Advocate for the petitioner has on 29.02.2016 filed 60 spare copies of SLP s for issuance of notice vide this Court order dated 08.02.2016 which is barred by time by 21 days. But counsel for the petitioner has not filed application for condonation of delay in filing spare copies of SLP, hence

show cause notice could not be issued.
