This is an application for clarification of the orders passed by this Court on 8th February, 2016 and 23rd September, 2016.

It is clarified that in case any allottee desires to have refund of the amount deposited with the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC), a request may be made and the HSIIDC will entertain the request in terms of the judgment and order passed by the High Court.

Application stands disposed of.
