It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Suhaas Ratna Joshi, Advocate on 13.01.2016 against the interim Order dated 27.03.2015 and Final judgment dated 27.11.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 5075 of 2010 along with the applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned Judgment.

It is further submitted that SLP filed against the Order dated 27.11.2015 is within time, whereas there is a delay of 202 days in filing the SLP against the Interim order dated 27.03.2015. Counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing the SLP.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) No. 495 of 2016 Entitled Shree Krishna Steels And Ors. Versus Mulakh Raj Dhamija And Ors as both are arising out of same Judgment.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
