In view of the submissions made, in our opinion, it would be appropriate for the petitioners to seek remedy before the High Court by bringing the actual fact
situation to the notice of the High Court. It would not be appropriate to entertain these special leave petitions at this stage.
In view of the above, Dr. Singhvi makes a prayer to withdraw these special leave petitions with liberty to approach the High Court by way of review petition. The special leave petitions are, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
