The matters above-mentioned have been filed by Mr. B.K. Prasad, Advocate, on behalf of the Petitioners against the Final Order/Judgment dated 20th February, 2015 and 20th November, 2014 respectively of the High Court of Gauhati at Guwahati in Writ Petition (Civil) Nos. 931 of 2015 and 319 of 2015, respectively. There is a delay of 155 days in filing the SLP (C) CC Nos. 13784 of 2015.

It is submitted that Special leave Petition (Civil) No. 19842 of 2015 arising out of common followed Judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 24th July, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue notice and tag with SLP (C) Nos. 28194-28201 of 2010 and the same are pending for hearing before the Hon'ble Court. Copy of the Record of proceedings dated 24th July, 2015 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioners has on 27th July, 2015 filed a lette stating therein that the production of Order dated 19th December, 2014 may be dispensed with in the present matter. Copy of the letter dated 27th July, 2015 is already included in the Paper Book at Page No.1097.

It is lastly submiited that Special Leave Petition (Civil) CC No. 13784 of 2015 has been tagged with SLP (C) No. 21605 of 2015 as both are arising out of similar issue.

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
