It is submitted that Mr. B.K. Prasad, Counsel for the petitioner has on 9th & 14th September, 2016 has filed an application for exemption from paying deficit court fees in SLP (C) Nos. 21605, 26286, 19386, 23295, 25804, 23896, 23897, 23297, 20631, 23899, 21406, 23251, 20626, 23294 OF 2015 and 1907 of 2016

and the said applications have been registered as I.A. Nos. 3 & 4 and copy of paper books of the applications are being circulated herewith.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has also filed an application for exemption from paying deficit court fees in SLP (C) No. 19376 and 26295 of 2015 and the applications are defective and the counsel for the petitioner has not cured the defects so far.

The matters are listed along with the applications above mentioned before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
